The waffle – Cooked thin, tender, and brown (darker than most waffles) with a finely chopped mixture of onions, pecans, and cheddar cheese blended into the waffle batter. The waffle batter is made with buttermilk and pure vanilla extract. All scraps from cooking the waffles are quickly eaten by staff. The waffles are just delicious.
The chicken – brined overnight with maple syrup and various seasonings. Pan-fried crispy with a touch of canola oil.
Chicken is placed between two thin waffles with bacon (pork or turkey) and honey mustard sauce.
