I am a technology professional, ministry leader, educator, and life-navigation advocate whose career has spanned more than four decades across corporate America, entrepreneurship, academia, and faith-based service. I graduated from college in 1980 with a degree in Information Technology, a foundation that enabled me to manage large enterprise data centers in North Carolina, New York, San Jose, California, and Toronto, Canada. During my professional career, I also had the privilege of working for the Department of Defense at the Pentagon, an experience that reinforced the importance of precision, trust, and responsibility at the highest levels. I later founded and operated an IT firm employing 25 professionals. Although the company was successful, I chose to sell my interest after recognizing that entrepreneurship involves far more than technical expertise—ranging from payroll and taxes to sales, marketing, and human resources—and I returned to corporate America, where my skills were best applied. Along the way, I spent a brief but meaningful period teaching at the university level as a professor in the Information Technology discipline, sharing real-world experience with students preparing to enter the field. I have also led seminars and workshops based on the principles of the book Who Moved My Cheese?, helping audiences understand and navigate change. These seminars have reached a wide range of age groups—from middle school students at Boys & Girls Clubs to seniors facing life transitions—reinforcing my belief that learning to adapt is a lifelong skill. In 2000, I founded Praying4You Ministries (www.Praying4You.org), which has grown and flourished for more than two decades. One of its core initiatives, Real Men, Real Talk, addresses loneliness and mental health—particularly among Black men—by providing a safe, transparent space for honest conversation and connection. The program emphasizes that isolation is a serious but often unspoken health risk. Dr. Frank Clark is a frequent and valued participant, and the community encourages men to “make new old friends.” Today, I am semi-retired and co-own Red Robin Designers (www.RedRobinDesigners.com) with my wife, Robin Daniel. Together, we help businesses of all sizes establish credible, trustworthy digital brands through website development and social media management. I am also launching ChuckieDaniel.com, a podcast-oriented platform where I serve as Coach Chuckie—Your Life Navigation Partner. Rather than positioning myself within the crowded life-coaching space, my focus is on walking alongside seniors and baby boomers as they navigate aging, purpose, grief, loneliness, and life transitions. With a community of more than 25,000 followers—most over the age of 55—I aim to offer listening, clarity, faith-inspired encouragement, and meaningful connection. Above all else, I am a believer and devoted follower of Jesus Christ, the Son of the Great I AM. My faith is the foundation of my life, my work, and my service to others.”
