Two Customers’ favorites – Wicked Spicy Chicken & Cheddar Waffle Sandwich and The Amazing Mess.
At Seven, we enjoy creating unique tastes, ergo – Wicked Spicy Chicken & Cheddar Waffle Sandwich. By the way, a customer called it “wicked” because it is just that delicious. We created a waffle recipe with finely chopped green onions, cheese, pecans, and other secret ingredients. Our waffles are square, soft in the middle, yet crunchy on the edges. We add a generous piece of chicken breast that was brined overnight and seasoned in our special rub. We top that with crispy bacon. We then drizzle some honey mustard, close the sandwich, and serve it with seasoned air-fried potato wedges. I think you now understand why this is one of our customers’ favorites.
But don’t just think about it, we encourage you to visit Seven and have a taste for yourself. The Wicked Spicy Chicken & Cheddar Waffle Sandwich is available for Brunch on the weekends.
Another one of our most appreciated sandwiches is The Amazing Mess. Initially, we added the sandwich to our brunch menu. The pandemic hit; we decided to reorganize our menu and remove The Amazing Mess. A year later, a customer who had visited the restaurant came back and asked for it. Although it wasn’t on the menu, we mobilized the kitchen to honor her request. She took her first bite and started dancing in her chair.
This experience made us feel so happy and proud. So, we decided to temporarily bring it back as a weekend special. The Amazing Mess consists of some slightly toasted bread with a homemade crisp and tender sausages (yes, we purchase boneless pork or chicken and season it to make the best tasting sausage) topped with a delicious cheese and chive omelet. Before closing the sandwich, we drizzle honey and hot sauce. The Amazing Mess is served with seasoned air-fried potato wedges. Our goal is to make it so good, you feel right at home in our restaurant.
The Amazing Mess is available for a limited time at Seven. Simply ask the Chef about it during brunch hours and we’ll make it for you.
Don’t forget, Happiness has a taste, at Seven.
